University Relations Project Manager – DELL – Singapore

are launching a new program that works with university students as they start
their journey with Dell. The team you would work with are responsible for
working with new graduates around the world for our Client Solutions Group
with a specific focus in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead / launch a new recent graduate program for Client Solutions Group in Singapore and work/align with Global PM on all pieces to ensure consistency- execute on local level
Onboard managers with recent grads to program by leveraging toolkits
Plan site kick offs in late summer & early fall
Engage with Senior Leadership in Asia on progress
Coordinate all logistics for university events-(ie. venue- agenda- content- speakers- etc)
Track recent grad movement through experiences
Manage a small group of talent in a management track for top talent
Make budget for program expenses
Plan social/networking events for recent hires & partner with global PM on career pathing project
Onboard new cohorts and track progress and performance through manager feedback
Program manage the UR hiring in Singapore
Collaborate with Singapore Universities on UR hiring
Provide update on the progress on the collaborations and activities related to development across the organization
Provide updates on hiring status
Interlock with leaders in Singapore and APJ leaders as the POC for any development / learning agenda for the business
Partner closely with APJ Leaders / HR Business Partner on any Learning and Development program rolled out globally


5-8 Years of HR Business Partner/Talent Development/Talent Acquisition/and or Project Management Experience
Experience working with a Global Team
Experience working with CXO Executives
Project management experience with dotted line management structures
Proven track record of delivering high quality results while working with others
Ability to network and hold meetings 1-2 times per week in the evenings to work with global team- working with local teams at all local teams otherwise as this role will support the Asia team
