Job Summary

To create a personalized| engaging learning experience for our Asia Pacific
CECs through developing| reviewing and managing learning content of different
platforms such as eLearning| interactive activities| and completion reports.
To create accurate and engaging communication materials for Asia Pacific CECs.

Responsible for supporting the department operations as part of the
organisation’s administrative team such as managing Reservation Management
System for email work| handling urgent emails| reports| projects etc.

Key Accountability

Independently design learning content with input from subject matter experts for traditional classroom| webinars| self-paced eLearning| interactive initiatives or blended sessions. Learning content will be largely related to properties| systems| programs| and soft skills. Learning content must be applicable| relevant and effective

Administer and manage Development Center activities such as publishing eLearning content and assisting with enrollment and completion status reporting in a timely manner. Ensure that the center achieve the module completion target within the allocated timeframe

Develop assessments and activities to help associates acquire| retain and apply knowledge and skills so that they can perform their roles

Conduct job-task analysis and needs assessment to identify learning objectives and to determine learning solutions

Measure learning effectiveness through reviewing program feedback| assessment results and associates’ performance

Partner key stakeholders and subject experts to review existing learning resources to ensure that the relevant resources are aligned with the latest| accurate policies| procedures| guidelines and brand standards

Support in the execution of instructor-led training sessions by enrolling the attendees in all required pre- learning modules timely and running module completion status reports

Conduct Development Centre training for new hires and assist with Development Centre troubleshooting issues

Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time| meet deadlines and exhibit strong communication skills.
