Human Resources – HR Shared Services team in Singapore.
Who ensures that our groundbreaking company can drive human progress? Our HR
Shared Services team works behind the scenes to facilitate the smooth running
of the organization. We lead on multiple HR areas- including talent
management- talent acquisition- compensation and benefits- vendor management-
human resources information management and records management. Constantl

consulting with HR and business leadership to ensure our support meets th

needs of the organization- we drive the development of programs to buil

business capability- input onboarding or offboarding and influence busines

change.

Key Responsibilities

Exercises judgment within defined HR procedures and practices to determine appropriate action/
Regularly interacts with inside and outside customers and vendors
Uses judgment within defined Share Services practices and procedures.
Handles projects which have short term focus
Develops moderate scope processes that align with Share Services
May be cross-trained in multiple HR administrative areas
Supports the change management on HR applications/systems within the specified timeframe as assigned

Essential Requirements

Requires 4+ years of related experience with a minimum of Bachelor`s degree
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Solid teamwork skills
Solid analytical- research- and problem solving skills
Solid customer service skills
