methodology. In addition to participating in the review of engineerin

designs- we assist customers or engineers in gathering and analyzing data.
Key Responsibilities

Manage Product Quality & Service Readiness for new launches related to Computer Peripheral Products.
Supplier Quality Management & Product Development Experience
Lead Quality teams to execute to plans/schedules that support LOB goals and initiatives
Define and drive failure reduction initiatives- and develops supporting business cases for product design features
Proactively solving problems that affect the project objectives and recognizes impact- benefits and risks advises on solutions
Provide input within team decisions that are impactful to customer needs- and proactively influences design decisions with customer viewpoint- actively seeks out understanding of customer quality needs

Essential Requirements

10+ years experience in Quality Management System in MNCs.
Degree in Electronics or relevant Engineering field. MBA will be an advantage.
Knowledge & experience in Voice of Customer programs ( Net Promoter Score- 5 Star rating- Social media listening etc) will be an added advantage
Six Sigma (Black/ Green belt) & other Problem Solving methodologies are desirable for Quality Engineering role.
