defining and delivering our global display product portfolio and deliverin

both financial and industry share growth. The Commercial Display Product Grou

is hiring a marketing professional that can perform world class busines

analyses and drive profitable business growth. We are looking for a proactiv

and experienced person who is comfortable in developing business strategy

leading Sales Enablement projects- developing clear business KPIs and in
collaborating with global stakeholders. Ideal candidate would be a
communication leader that is data driven- rigorous end-to-end execution
overview and collaborate with key teams across Dell.

Key Responsibilities

Drives best in class brand product awareness and product adoption programs with global marketing- regional marketing and sales leaders in existing Dell customer forums and events as well as incremental opportunities to position Dell Display portfolio
Collaborates with regional teams- training teams and others to develop key competitive insights with the goal of enabling sellers to have effective conversations with customers on positioning the entire Display portfolio
Develop in-depth product training and education programs that empowers sales- sales support- regional marketers and others to effectively understand and position the Display portfolio globally
Develop and manage an effective customer and sales insights program that enables the Display organization to effectively capture customer feedback on product planning and sales feedback on go-to-market program- while effectively capturing feedback in a way that drives value back to LOB teams for action.
Develop strategic plans for key Display go to market initiatives with Executive Leadership feedback and approval to drive buy in- team alignment and flawless execution.
Ability to program manage and implement governance processes across all go to market programs for effective planning and execution of critical Display growth initiatives.
Coordinate incremental investment opportunities with global and regional market planning and content development teams to drive incremental unit sales for Displays
Collaborate across commercial PG- marketing and sales teams to develop competitive assets and programs to help drive customer acquisition.

Essential Requirements

6-10 years` experience in product marketing or sales organization.
Bachelors or master`s in marketing or related field
Working knowledge of Dell portfolio of products- services and solutions to best position display portfolio for success
Comfortable working with and influencing executive leadership
Superior strategic analysis and business modeling skills
Knows how to navigate a fast-paced environment requiring daily decision making- ability to multi-task and working with ambiguity
Strong communication oral and written communication skills
Strong Presentation skills
Strong facilitation and training skills
Great project management and multi-program focused
