_Principal Responsibilities_
Technical expert in the delivery of the technical architectural design especially in the CI and HCI solutions.
Participates in the design- installation- customization- and integration of a Dell technologies solution.
Develops and cultivates strong customer relationships ensuring a |customer for life| relationship.
Holds responsibility for achieving the Dell Technologies Bar of Excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction for every customer.
Adheres to and utilizes proper Escalation and Change Control procedures.
Prepares- maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures.
Leads project quality assurance activities- including performing technical QA reviews on components for a team and performing QA reviews of code documentation.
Maintains awareness of existing or potential customer software/hardware situations.
Proactively alerts project management and sales team of potential problems and solutions.
Responsible for sharing information and best practices with others. May be required to support and instruct less experienced co-workers- through classroom training sessions or on-the-job mentoring
Supports the development of the technical content defined in the Statement of Work
Integrates multiple technologies and applications within a specific customer solutio
Regularly serves as a post- sales support specialist through the development of materials and by presenting simple solutions to prospective clients as a subject matter exper

_Skills_
Strong writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer
Strong communication skills in working with the customer
Strong technical knowledge in the area of compute- virtualization- network and storage
Strong knowledge- understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies
_Education and Experience_
Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor`s degree; or equivalent experience
Certification in Vmware- Cisco and Dell EMC technologies
