The Marketing Communication Manager assists the Director of Marketing
Communications (DOMC) in promoting the hotel and its outlets to targeted
audience and in building relationships with media and commercial partners.

The Marketing Communications Manager will support Sales| Catering Sales and
F&B Division with their promotions and supervise the progress and compliance
of hotel collaterals and artworks. This role will also include components of
Digital Marketing.

It is not the intent of this job description to cover all aspects of the
position but to highlight the most important areas of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:

Together with the DOMC| plan and develop promotional and communications strategies to drive exposure and business for the hotel| via online channels| media| placement of advertising| printed materials and other sales & promotional tools.
To seek and initiate relevant partnerships which may be necessary to driving marketing initiatives.
Work with DOMC in maintaining and building a direct relationship with commercial partners to develop partnership opportunities
Work with DOMC in the organisation of partner and media events in the hotel| as well as ongoing events as required.
Manage and direct the development (copy| design| and layout) of all collaterals and graphic design (promotional flyers| brochures| guest information pieces| signs| forms| invitations| etc.) relevant to hotel.
Manage digital media campaigns| including paid and organic search as well as social media campaigns
Manage content creation and updates for channels including social media| eDMs| hotel websites and OTA platforms
Work with DOMC on online strategies for production on platforms including GDS| Expedia and Hotel Website
Manage reputation management across online platforms
Ensure clear ongoing communication| so that all colleagues will enjoy a high level of product knowledge| and be able to share about our hotel highlights to guests and clients| as and when required.
Participate in the planning of the departmental budget and marketing plan for hotel-related initiatives.
Compilation of monthly Marketing Communications report (hotel and digital portion) for review by DOMC.

· Ensure files| correspondence and other relevant business documentation are

maintained.

· Ensure all product information is correct across all forms of communication

channels

· Demonstrate working knowledge of all tasks within the area of
responsibility.

Other Areas to Comply with:

· Co-ordination of marketing aspects of the department’s operation to ensure

alignment of management style| working practices and conduct with St Regis
Vision|

Corporate Values and policies.

· To comply with St Regis Code of Conduct at all times.

· Encourage & support training programs

· Be well versed and knowledgeable of St Regis Fire and Evacuation procedures
as

well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace. Ensure associates are

aware of their duty of care as determined by legislation and that they
maintain

complete familiarity.

·Undertake additional duties as requested by the Department Head and Hotel

Management.

Job Requirement

· Minimum Certificate and/or Diploma or equivalent in the Hospitality Industry

· Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Hotel Communications| Digital

Marketing or related fields
