East Asia- Sales team .
From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing

Whether focusing on a geographical area- product line- industry- channel o
market segment- their goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end
users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direc
line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desk
of satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manages a team of Account Executives providing directions and guidance- supporting an ambitious growth plan and managing complex accounts.
Work closely with management to implement a strong and stable growth strategy.
Creates and leads the execution of the strategic mid and long term development plan across South East Asia
Applies influence and negotiation skills to drive business results.
Drives strategic account management and pipeline development- leveraging a long term territory and account planning approach
Pipeline reviews and provide guidance to Account Executives through coaching and joint sales calls
Ensure forecast cadence through opportunity reviews and inspections through Force Management

Essential Requirements
Proven track record and previous experience as leader and people manager.
Has In-depth understanding of customers/industry and consultative / solution based sales approach
Able to engage C-level Executive in key conversations- preferably with some understanding of Digital Risk and Cyber Security
Has proven experience in software solutions sales and portfolio positioning- as well as knowledge of the business landscape across South East Asia
People orientation with deep influencing motivation and coaching skills.
Knows business trends of the South East Asia market and long term vision- being able to translate it to specific actions and plans.
Good finance acumen.
Strong communication skills in English
Desirable Requirements
Good understanding of the cybersecurity industry is a bonus
Experience with Salesforce for forecasting and reporting
