_JOB SCOPE_
At Marina Bay Sands- the IT Technical Governance Assistant Manager is
responsible for driving and tracking all IT compliance activities across all
projects and programs in Information Services
Track all IT compliance activities from inception to completion
Jointly review with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security teams on the Technical Risk Assessment (TRA) performed
Review the need for System ID Access usage on SOX and Gaming related IT Systems- networks and Firewalls
Review risk findings- coordinate and track the remediation plans with all teams (IT Delivery and IT Operations

Monitor and track formal risk analysis and self-assessments programs for various Information Services systems and processe

Support the maintenance of Risk related Mandates and Charters across verticals within IT Central Services and ensure their ongoing relevanc

Detailed reporting on Progress- Risk and Issues

_JOB REQUIREMENTS_

Hands-on “technical” individual
At least 4 – 5 years proven industry experience on Application Architecture and Design
Strong and demonstrable project management skills
Knowledge and experience of SDLC- Change Control- and SQA methodologies- techniques- and general principles
Familiar in reviewing Technical and Application Architectures
Knowledge of regulatory directives (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley- PCI DSS- PDPA) as it relates to the controls required from systems and IT processes
Ability to work well with key business partners across sectors and internal IT teams in a collaborative manner
Advanced knowledge of risk assessment design and delivery
Technical knowledge of database (Oracle- DB2- MSSQL)- Operating System (AS400- WinTel- UNIX/Linux)- Programming languages (Java- .NET)
Knowledge in continuous improvement in IT governance- risk- compliance and security practices based on expert knowledge in domain areas- industry best practices- business objectives and risk tolerances
