Execute Green Mark Certification projects and ensure achievement of targeted rating within timeline.
Use of building simulations- practical engineering and architectural knowledge to develop sustainable and innovative building designs.
Manage sustainable technology and Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) engineering projects.
Liaise/coordinate with client and consultant team for all necessary green features and incorporation of design features in timely manner.
Able to perform building energy saving calculations and sustainability simulations such as energy simulation- wind simulation- daylight simulation.
Attend design- client- consultant team- site co-ordination and related meetings.
Contribute to client`s satisfaction through being responsive in a timely and effective manner for any queries from client.
Good understanding of mechanical- façade and architectural systems and the practicalities of integrating sustainable design initiatives into these disciplines.
Possesses minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience.
Familiar with local building legislation requirements and BCA Green Mark criteria.
Experience in the operation of software design tools and technical analyses on results including – energy modelling (IES)- CFD (ANSYS- Fluent);
Familiar with Singapore Green Mark certification- relevant legislations- regulations and codes of practices
Strong communication in both technical and non-technical environments and client facing skills. Able to present convincingly and clearly.
Effective written communication- report writing and presentation skills;
Candidate with more experiences can be considered for a Senior Position
Recognised Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering- Architectural- Environmental Engineering or Building related disciplines.
