Key Responsibilities
Direct leadership and accountability of Displays and Client Peripherals Product Line Management across a broad portfolio- encompassing product offers definition- product transition- pricing- product launches and sustaining efforts to successfully deliver to its P&L.
Identifies growth opportunities and drives growth initiatives with stakeholders across the region
Develops product and pricing strategies across APJC for both Commercial and CSB segments
Build and execute quarterly pricing plan to stay competitive and support the delivery of financial targets
Influences marketing programs- campaigns- sales enablement programs to drive the selling motion
Evaluates in-depth market analysis and provides inputs and business case to Product Group for optimization of existing product offers and/or create the new product offers
Provides Point Of View on business performance and supports annual operation planning exercise
Manages the hiring- staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective team in different countries across APJC

Successful track record of driving strategic initiatives- building high performance teams
Executive level presentation capacity
Experience in leading virtual and matrix teams- working with cross functions to deliver results
Experience in selling or supporting sales and channel teams in very large company is highly desirable
Experience in IT product planning and launch is preferred

Manages Displays and Client Peripherals product portfolio and its associated
P&L for Asia Pacific- Japan and Greater China (APJC). Provides strategic
planning and drives the growth of the Displays and Client Peripherals business
to be faster than market and PC business. Influences senior sales leadership
for the Attach Go-To-Market strategy and Product Group leadership for product
roadmap. Supports and guides the efforts of the broader business team (demand
planning- merchandizing- field marketing- specialists) in achieving of the
strategic and operational objectives. Partners with technology vendors for
joint programs to increase sales growth and expand market share.
