The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting the Associate
Director of Digital Marketing – Complex in promoting the hotel and its outlets
to targeted audience through online channels. Performs key functions of
assisting in the execution of the hotel’s digital strategies and social media
efforts to promote the Hotel and its outlets.

Main Responsibilities:

_Digital Communication Channels

Support the hotel’s communication strategies for Rooms| F&B and Spa through online channels| including website(s)| social media channels| and any other relevant internal and external channels.

Support hotel’s promotions through various online channels.

Handle copywriting and website development to achieve communication and promotional objectives

Work within the content management system to ensure property content/offers are up to date and consistent with brand strategies. Develop and load offers on the hotel’s Special Offer Page(s)| Guest Communications platform| Destination Site(s) and Develop landing pages for hotel(s) and destination(s) as directed.

Develop new websites and social media platforms.

Explore and develop opportunities on the Starwood online platforms.

Support Starwood Online divisional and regional promotions through hotel’s online communication channels| internal coordination where necessary.

Develop property or cluster Email and direct mail campaigns| using Starwood channels| including Guest Communications and SPG.

Manage on Search Marketing (SEO and SEM)| Meta Search and display media campaigns to improve hotel online exposure and appearance with approved IT agency and Regional team.

Develop and maintain the hotel video to support Sales| Catering Sales and F&B Divisions’ communication needs.


_Partner/Third Party Websites/Global Distribution System:_


Monitor| manage and promote hotel reputation and information through partner and third party websites| not limited to just Online Travel Agents (OTAs).

Generate media exposure from blogs/third party/partner websites for Rooms| F&B and Spa.

_Online Public Relations:_


Monitor| manage and promote hotel reputation and information through online media websites| social media channels and blogs.

Generate media exposure from online publications to increase hotel| F&B & Spa revenue opportunities internationally| regionally and locally.

_Digital Marketing Campaigns:_

Assisting to strategise on effective online campaigns to support Rooms| F&B and Spa.

Assisting to plan| execute and supervise online marketing campaigns with approved online agencies.
