Key Responsibilities
Work with sales organization (global- local- indirect) to structure and close transactions. Complex deals would require leadership skills to engage Legal- Tax- Accounting- FSS- external funders to bring a deal to closure

Build and improve relationships with funders and partner with funders and resellers to procure client busines

Maintain proper system records on leases and lead cross-functional teams to devise improvements to existing systems and processes

Leads cross-functional teams domestically and/or globally that encompass a variety of technical specialties across leasing/finance requiring broad integration and product knowledge

A significant contributor to senior leadership in the development of key initiatives that provide high-level results to improve business processes and customer service deliver

May manage through subordinate leaders the coordination of activities of a group or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs- methods and team members

Essential Requirements

Demonstrated strong people management and command skills

Ability to lead organizations and lower-level leaders

Strong ability to design and drive strategic initiatives

Strong leasing/finance understanding

Familiarity with SAP- Gii quoting and order processes an advantage
