Who keeps the Dell organization robust and resilient? It`s our team of HR
Business Partners who consult with executive leaders on organization design
and development in line with our overall business strategy. We work in
partnership with business units and divisions to identify and address the root
causes of human resource issues and ensure compliance with corporate policy

This role will serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to two large-scal

Global Operations functions including Global Logistics & Fulfillment an

Global Market Commodities both subsets of Dell|s Supply Chain. This perso

will consult to senior executives as well as advance high priority strategi

initiatives globally within these two constituent groups. This role interfaces
with all other parts of the Global HR function to orchestrate value add
solutions to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting with business leaders on talent- leadership- business strategy- organisation development- rewards and culture
Working with relevant HR Centres of Excellence to shape global HR programmes and policies
Developing and driving company-wide programmes in areas such as rewards and recognition review and workforce planning

Qualifications

Bachelor|s degree in Human Resources Management or Business preferred
Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or Consulting role
Previous breadth of experience in other HR disciplines (Organizational Development; Learning & Development; Strategy)
