## Senior Project Manager (APJ Infrastructure Delivery Services)

It takes something special to drive the development and implementation of new
and exciting products and services. That`s a job for our Services Project and
Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely
with sales- customer service- partners- customers and other technical support
groups in cross-functional teams. Together- they manage the lifecycle of
highly complex- high-risk projects – from design to delivery.
Leading the Strategy and Planning activities to enable Infrastructure Delivery
Services(IDS) and related resources in the achievement of the strategic
initiatives- financial goals- and operational objectives:
Project Management & Mobility Tools – (Adoption Rate)
Deployment Automation- (Adoption Rate)
Services Sales Support: help sales achieved Demand Revenue & Margins
Operational Objectives: Customer Experience- Time and other metrics
Work closely with IDS PMO Lead- Global Business Ops and Global Readiness teams
executes APJ and Global initiatives.
Leverages the knowledge and skills of leaders or teams of professionals in APJ to achieve mutual goals and objectives
Establishes budgets- operational plans and performance requirements.
Develops standards around which others will operate.
Translates business plans into objectives for a department or work area.
Accomplishes results through the management of a team of professional team members and/or leaders.
Acts as an advisor to sub-regional leaders or staff members.
Develops and administers schedules- objectives- and goals.
Conducts solid stakeholder and risk analysis on key issues.
Weighs alternatives and considers service and business implications of decisions.
Monitors progress of initiatives and operational effectiveness; develops strategies for adjusted courses of action
Broad understanding of Dell|EMC products and services.
Significant interaction with Services Sales- CoC- Readiness and Global Ops and internal Dell EMC services organizations- and vendor partners.
Prioritizes the workload for his/her group in conjunction and cooperation from upper leadership and internal customer management.
5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
3+ years leadership experience.
Advanced contextual skills and experience in constructing complex service provider solutions in the IT services provider market are necessary to manage team members performing this work.
Requires advanced understanding of services costing and financials in order to assess and coach group team members on services solutions.
Good understanding in one or more of the core technologies used by the customer.
Advanced understanding of Dell offerings and general knowledge of toolsets used on projects.
