RSA is looking for a Channel Marketing Advisor for South East Asia on our RSA team in Singapore.

We are looking for a hands-on Channel Marketing Advisor to strengthen RSA’s Channel Marketing efforts in South East Asia. Candidate will work in collaboration with our internal customers and partners to achieve business goals by maximising the programs and promotions that impact our partners. This role demands the ability to self-manage, work collaboratively under tight deadlines and execute consistently and obsession for attention to detail. Most of all, we are looking for a creative problem solver with the partner and customer always at heart.

The successful candidate will:

Understand and the overall RSA business plans and programs as they apply to the channel
Build channel specific programs and promotions that meet overall Channel Marketing, Channel Sales and Partner requirements in SEA
Work in conjunction with the Channel Marketing international team to include requirements, features, functions and other necessary factors to provide international programs
Work with key members of the Channel Sales teams to determine program requirements and test drive proposed program features and functions
Builds marketing materials including sales briefs, marketing collateral, data sheets, playbooks, web media and sales presentations
Participate in joint business planning sessions
Work in close collaboration with the SEA Field marketing team and support field marketing programs where necessary
Develop specific marketing programs and promotions including events, branding campaigns, promotions special web sites etc.
Prepare and delivers program reviews, provides input to executive summaries
Have strong knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts, tools and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations and advertising
Drive adoption and utilization of Channel Program tools, incentives and programs
Work with APJ Channel Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing and Corporate Program Teams to provide feedback to create effective demand and incentive programs.
Leverage RSA Strategic Alliance partnerships to ensure integrated marketing programs and activities as applicable.
Regularly meet with partners and partner management to understand impact on current business and market trends and to ensure that programs meet their needs.
Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications related disciplines

At least 3 years experience in marketing, including some experience in the IT industry

Strong organisational and analytical skills

Ability to manage, collaborate, leverage and thrive in a fast paced matrix environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams

Desirable Requirements

Experience working within a 2-tier channel model and driving channel marketing programs

Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management.

Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment

Strong project management skills
