Alliance Director- Microsoft
Location: Singapore/Kuala Lumpur/Penang
Job Scope
Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with Microsoft- key ISG leadership and sales organization- managing key relationships- structuring and governing engagement models- and driving measurable business outcomes for Dell & Microsoft- our channel partners- and customers. Define alliance frameworks- operating and engagement models- and joint value proposition- and manage KPIs/scorecards.
Identify and align critical functions- tasks and accountabilities required from key Dell ISG stakeholders to execute against a formalized alliances strategy.
Establish coverage and capacity within APJC region to satisfy market demand. Prepare- collect- analyze- maintain and report pipeline progression- supporting sales teams with activities that drive deal closure. Identify product & solutions gaps- market size analysis for the region that you will manage.
Ensure that direct sales/channel partners build and maintain required competency levels- leverage joint readiness/enablement/training materials to better equip sellers to be in the forefront of existing and new solutions.
Demand generation and pipeline management: Create and drive demand generation plan with go to market partners- including joint account plans- co-marketing and thought leadership- and joint pipeline for all engagements. Facilitate effective and self-sustained joint engagement between Microsoft- Dell`s Direct Sales/channels team to drive revenue growth.
Draw from industry and professional groups and other experts to relay latest thinking about joint Dell/Microsoft solutions programs and alliance best practices.

What you|ll need

Experience in world class technology companies in the business of software- hardware and/or enterprise solutions

Strong presentation skills; excellent spoken and written communication- interpersonal- and relationship building skills. In addition- strong collaboration and influencing skills required

Proven success building profitable technology ecosystems with a history of managing alliance partnership

Executive presence. At ease presenting in small or large group settings

Very high energy level with a positive disposition. Comfort working in fast paced environment.
Travel 30%.
Understanding of key Microsoft technology & solutions a plus- but not rquired.
