are looking for a Regional Account Executive to join our top-caliber team in
Asia-Pacific Japan & Greater China. Your objective will be to drive growth
across a portfolio of accounts for Dell Technologies Services to achieve
targets. You will be expected to build strong customer relationships and keep
apprised of market trends to develop and execute strategies that deliver high-
value solution-focused sales.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of opportunities- increasing account penetration- customer satisfaction and sales growth within assigned accounts.
Responsible for assisting with strategic direction of sales organization.
Selling Dell`s portfolio of technology Services especially Multi-Vendor and Post Standard Support.
Leading territory or regional account management- including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources.
Advising customers on strategic business and technology solutions.
Providing sales leadership and experience on large- complex sales opportunities.
Effectively interface at many levels- especially with C-Level executives and senior managers.
Work with other internal sales personnel and specialist teams to propose specific solutions for a given account / territory.
Maintain full knowledge of system renewals- maintenance services and industry trends.
Can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships.
Time and territory management – Overnight travel required and could exceed 30%.
Key focus on South Asia & Korea MVS- reporting to APJC APOS Sales Director.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor`s degree or equivalent.
Experience in Multi-vendor support- highly preferred.
Experience with data center deployment or solutions is highly desired.
Extensive experience of selling one or more of the following technology solutions: server- storage- networking- software- security- managed services.
Proven sales track record of success and over-achievement.
Self motivated and ability to act independently as well as the ability to work across multiple teams within the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deep expertise of market trends in IT that impact on Dell`s customers.
Effective presentation- negotiation and executive relationship-building skills.
Strong knowledge in analyzing- designing- and recommending approaches to address customer requirements.
5+ years` experience of large account selling – global/regional experience will be a plus.
