POSITION SUMMARY

Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Enter Marriott Rewards information. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing. • Maintains a strong working relationship with all departments to support
property operations and goals and to expedite the resolution of any problems
that may arise through the general operation of the property.

• Sends copy of MOD report to all departments on a daily basis.

and access data in reservation system. Indicate special room reservation types

and wholesale reservations) by inputting the correct code and rate into the
reservation system. Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest
concerns. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and
