Job Responsibilities
As a MFG Equipment Engineer for Fab10- you will be responsible for directing
the sustaining and improvement efforts for the Equipment performance in your
process areas.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
– Oversee the installation- modification- upgrade and maintenance of
manufacturing equipment.
– Maintain current records on equipment manufacturers` technical notices-
upgrades and safety issues.
– Study equipment performance and reliability.
– Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipmen

problems that affect the manufacturing process

– Provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and proces

engineering organizations

> Serve as a subject matter expert within a technical discipline with latitude
for decision making.
> Solve complex problems and seek guidance for problems of a highly technical
nature.
> Define and lead projects of highly technical nature e.g. Cost- SDT/UDT- RPT-
S/C-QDRs and Defects improvement.
> Provide input to team members and managers on project- technical or
innovation issues.
– Define Preventative Maintenance schedules and procedures.
– Review and write equipment related ECNs and include data to justify changes
when appropriate.
– Train- manage and develop a team of equipment technicians to execute
maintenance processes in compliance to SOP.
– Communicate highly complex information to internal and external contacts
(CST- OCT- KEG).
– Cultivate good health and safety workplace practices. Follow EHSS
(Environmental- Health- Safety and Security) procedures.

Rquirement:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Self driven- able to work without supervision and possess strong time
management skills
• Must be detailed oriented while understanding how the details affect the
overall project picture
• Experience with problem resolution- facilitating fast improvements and best
practices.
• Excellent skills in written communication- listening- presentation- and data
analysis
• Proven relationship building and interpersonal- negotiation and conflict
resolution skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Word- Excel- Power Point). Sharepoint-
Macro and Scripting skills is a pluspoint.

We are looking for a high energy- motivated- result driven individual with
strong work ethics and integrity to join us as a Shift Equipment Engineer in
our Fab 10 Manufacturing team. You will be working on state of the art
manufacturing equipment to support the production of the latest 3D NAND
technology memory chips.
## Responsibilities
Monitoring the health and carrying out maintenance of manufacturing equipment to produce the highest quality product
Continuously evaluate new ideas and optimize/improve tool capabilities to attain benchmark performance
Partnering with the Equipment and Process Engineering peers to simplify and increase efficiency for operation on the equipment
Identify disruptive equipment early- work with Equipment and Process peers to identify viable methods on early detection and resolution or elimination of the issue
Lead team or suppliers on challenging projects in focused meetings with end goal of delivering highest quality and cost effective produc

Identify and resolve Safety hazards. Follow Safety procedures including lockout- chemical safety- lifting techniques and ergonomic

Adhere to fab disciplines in line with the values of Micro

## Requirements

BS or MS degree in Engineering.
Highly motivated and adaptable to our fast paced- dynamic and rapidly changing work environment. Flexibility to work for extended hours as required
Strong communication with ability to convey the message clearly and sharply
Logical approach towards problem solving

In conjunction with the Business Units- create and build the Business Architecture capability and drive close collaboration with Business units and Continuous Improvements in shaping and designing change projects
Liaise between business users and technology in user requirement workshops and to help finalize business requirements and rules to support the design of new functional capabilities and features
To work with the Business Units and the Solution Architecture team in creating technical solutions to meet business needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrates a solid grasp of the technology and systems
Exceptional analytical skills including modelling of business processes- data flows and application system topologies.
In depth knowledge of business architecture principles and industry standard frameworks.
Highly experienced in the practical application of Business Architecture in supporting change and day to day operations.
Experience of developing and running a team of Business Analysts and Quality Analysts
Experience in delivering change within the service Industry- including experience in both large-scale programs and projects as well as smaller-scale change requests. Must include practical understanding of software development lifecycles and methods- including requirements definition and testing in both waterfall and Agile environments. General awareness of business- regulatory and technology change within investment management is essential.
Hands-on IT professional with full SLDC lifecycle experience
Knowledge of software development process methodologies like RUP and / or Agile;
Ability to communicate with the business clients in non-technical terms
Good written and oral communication skills
High adaptability to a dynamic changing environment
Delivery focused and pragmatic
Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs
Ability to prepare and give presentations
Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment at various levels
