Solutioning Practice Lead- IT Architecture

The Solutioning Practice Lead (SPL) is part of the Customs Services
Solutioning (CSS) for Dell Technologies Services. The Solutioning Practice
Lead acts as the subject matter expert and thought leadership advocate for
Dell Technologies Services- responsible for developing new capabilities-
managing and expanding the Support and Field Services as a custom service to
meet strategic customers` requirements.

Key responsibilities:

The SPL should have deep knowledge in their area of expertise and uses this to help develop custom solutions strategies- working closely with the business partners in Support and Field Services Delivery- Product Portfolio as well as internal Presales Solution Architects.

Leads the design of multiple service areas or technologies within a broader services solution to drive cohesive solution including Support- Deployment- Converged and Consulting Services
Articulate & defend overall solution construct in internal & external forums (including customer executive presentations)

Requirements:

15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
In-depth knowledge and experience in Technical Support and Warranty Management Services.
Proficient in multiple service areas and technologies.
Skills and experience in constructing complex service solutions in the IT services market.
Advanced understanding of services related processes and technologies.
Thorough understanding of services P&L and cash flow development and business impact.
