In this role| you will support the Vice President| Revenue Management – Asia
Pacific in leading and delivering valuable business intelligence and effective
commercial plans to achieve revenue and market share targets across Asia
Pacific.
You will be accountable for the co-ordination of tactical changes to suppor

the Asia Pacific commercial plan and synchronize the commercial performanc

analysis for Asia Pacific. Your output will inform both ongoing commercia

activity as well as the Hilton Performance review process including Monthl

and Quarterly Business Reviews with Senior Executives. You will be responsible
for the creation of commentary that explains the performance of the region|
ensuring we are able to articulate the reasons behind performance as well as
articulating business influences that might impact the future. Examples being
weekly reporting| MBR & QBR commentary| annual planning and event-driven
anomalies.

What will I be doing?

As the Senior Manager| Commercial Services – Asia Pacific| you will be
responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Own Asia Pacific|s commercial performance planning| development| and execution| including Asia Pacific|s Commercial Focus and resulting commercial plan.

Execute a continuous improvement process with a focus on long term planning.

Partner with other Commercial Services leaders to analyze and develop Asia Pacific|s performance insight including business drivers| trends and future risks and opportunities.

Brief senior leadership on performance| critical performance insight| and planned commercial action.

Drive Asia Pacific|s Monthly and Quarterly Business Review process to prepare Senior Commercial leadership with performance drivers| business insights and commercial actions in place to influence results.

Lead resources that support Managed| Franchise and Brand RDRs/Commercial Directors in the delivery of Systemwide and Managed Commercial Focus Forums.

Communication will be in 2 parts| to support the Asia Pacific Region alongside the SVP & Commercial Director Asia Pacific but also supporting the high level wrap up and support for APAC Systemwide data/insight where applicable.

Craft presentation content for Senior Commercial Leadership through the ability to convert data and analysis into consumable bits of information appropriate for the target audience.

Own and Plan regular communication for the Asia Pacific Commercial Team in the form of RDR/Commercial Director weekly calls| quarterly meetings| and relevant information lead WebEx.

Reporting Production and Delivery

1. Deliver accurate| timely| value-add reporting to Senior Commercial Leadership supporting the needs of Commercial segments| channels and regions on a Systemwide / O&M basis.

2. Coordinate/support with other reporting/analytic orgs within Hilton Worldwide to ensure Commercial Services is communicating figures and storylines that are consistent with all other sources including DNA Team both regionally and globally.

Reporting Development

1. Develop new reporting to address information gaps and support new initiatives for both Systemwide and O&M.
2. Drive automation in reporting process wherever possible to increase % of time spent on analytics and insight both Systemwide and O&M.

Analytics

1. Determine if existing Commercial initiatives are effective and recommend enhancements to Senior Commercial Leadership to drive the commercial and market performance of Asia Pacific.

2. Manage R&O process across the Region for O&M portfolio

3. Understand trends

4. Drive efficiencies

5. Develop Commercial Services content| storylines and presentations for Senior Commercial Leadership for MBR| QBR and Performance Review meetings

Drive and support Commercial Services Initiatives & Projects

What are we looking for?

A Senior Manager| Commercial Services – Asia Pacific serving Hilton Brands is

Based in Singapore| the Senior Commercial Director – South East Asia has
responsibility for delivering market leading commercial performance in the
region. The incumbent is accountable for the development and execution of a
commercial strategy and plans to maximize revenues over the short| medium and
long term. This role leads and drives relentless focus on delivering
commercial targets and growing market share across South East Asia.
This incumbent is responsible for the hiring and development of the next
generation of this regions| leadership| and demonstrates leadership that
ensures all aspects of the commercial operation are aligned with our Hilton
Strategic Priorities and that teams exemplify the Hilton Values in how they
operate every day.
What will I be doing?

The Senior Commercial Director – South East Asia will be responsible fo

performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Business Acumen

Partner with Head of Operations South East Asia as the commercial ‘arm| of their business

Support hotel openings from a Commercial perspective to make full use of the Commercial engines including Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) and RezMax

Translate organisational goals and priorities into performance standards for the Commercial Services South East Asia team

Setting Strategy

Responsible for the creation of short| medium & long term Commercial strategy and plan to deliver sustained above market top line performance across South East Asia

Communicate clearly strategy and performance against our strategy and initiatives

Gain buy-in and support for the relevant strategies and key initiatives required to deliver the strategy from senior stakeholders

Lead strategic planning across the Commercial Services team in South East Asia to advance the Company goals while ensuring the communication of key messages to internal and external stakeholders

Executing for Results

Lead negotiations with 3rd party suppliers as and when necessary

Collaborate with the above property sales and marketing| eCommerce in South East Asia together with the respective Commercial heads in APAC and Global Functional Heads

Ensure all Commercial initiatives are planned adequately and managed properly through to delivery

Ensure that the Commercial team in South East Asia is integrated in its approach to increasing RevPAR and Market Share

Leading Teams

Ensure the Commercial Services teams in South East Asia provide adequate support to all on property teams

Maintain and develop talent across South East Asia on property and above property to ensure the highest level of performance is achieved as well as planning for future succession

Maintain adequate succession plans to ensure that our team is ‘future-proofed|

Building Relationship and Using Influence

Develop and maintains excellent relationships with senior personnel across the company

Develop strong relationships with key Commercial Partners in South East Asia| further strengthen our commercial performance

Maintain excellent relations and ensures coordination with the Commercial Services APAC team to enable collective effectiveness

Maintain strategic alliances with Global Database Management| HRCC| Distribution and Channel Management| and other important Distribution centers

The role will attend property visits| corporate & ownership meetings| budget and forecast reviews

The Sales and Marketing teams in South East Asia will have a dotted reporting
line into the incumbent| while collaborating with Development| Brand
Management| Hotel Operations| HR| IT and Finance to support operational
effectiveness in the Region.
